If I am so wonderful, then why am I single?

I’m typing this from myiPhone while at a conference in Las Vegas so I’lL be brief.

I had dinner tonight with a friend who recommended I read the book, “if I am so wonderful, then why am I single?”

I responded: because I like being single.  I’d rather be single than settle.

But I will say that I do currently have a crush on someone.
